This agreement outlines the terms for your child's enrolment at Merit School. By signing, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, tuition fees, and other material fees are non-refundable.
Placement: Placement is confirmed only upon successful payment.
Payment Method: Payments are preferred via direct debit or pre-authorized debit/credit card, unless otherwise specified.
Charges: A $25 charge applies to NSF cheques. Late payments will incur additional charges.
Withdrawal Notice: One month's written notice is required for withdrawals, or a fee equivalent to one month's course fees will be charged.
No Refunds for Absences: There are no discounts or refunds for absences.
Accident Waiver: Accidents may occur despite supervision. You release Merit School, its staff, North Oshawa Education Centre, and volunteers from liability for injuries not resulting from their direct negligence.
Photography/Recordings: Merit School may photograph or record students for official and promotional purposes (website, social media, etc.). Provide explicit written notice to opt-out.
Student Conduct: Students must adhere to Merit School's code of conduct.
Parental Responsibilities: Parents/guardians are responsible for their child's regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to school policies. Promptly communicate any changes to student information or health.
Agreement: By signing, you confirm the accuracy of your Student Registration Form statements and agree to all terms and conditions herein.
